At Panvale Publishing, we aim to provide high-quality book publishing services tailored to each client. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refunds for Completed Services
Once a service (such as editing, formatting, design, or publishing) has been delivered, it is non-refundable. This is because the work involves time, labor, and creative input that cannot be reversed.
2. Refunds Before Work Begins
If you request a cancellation before work has started, you may receive a partial or full refund, depending on the service and payment stage.
- A full refund may be issued if no time or resources have been committed.
- A partial refund may apply if initial work or consultation has already started.
3. Custom Design & Non-Refundable Services
Services such as custom cover design, typesetting, or ISBN registration are non-refundable once initiated, as these are custom and non-transferable.
4. Client Delays or Inactivity
If the client becomes inactive for more than 30 days without notice, the project may be marked as closed. No refund will be issued for inactive or abandoned projects.
5. Quality Concerns
If you believe the service delivered does not match what was promised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and may offer revisions if needed. Refunds are offered only at our discretion in such cases.
